Child Support Customer Service Representatives are available to answer your questions Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:45 P.M.
For case specific questions, you can log into Customer Connect to get information or you may send an email to the address above. Please add your case number to your email request.
If you don't have a child support case but would like general information, you may send an email to the address above.
All questions are answered by a Child Support Customer Service Representative.
The office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. No appointment is needed. You will meet with a caseworker within 20 minutes of your arrival to the office.
Payments - Effective October 1, 2015 cash payments will be accepted in our lobby Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm (exact change needed)
